Privacy

The data controller is Christian Bick. This website has no user accounts, contact forms, advertising, or audience analytics. Its application code does not set cookies or use browser storage.

When you request a page or the public ontology, the hosting, network, and API infrastructure necessarily receives technical connection data such as your IP address, request time, requested resource, browser or user-agent information, referrer, and security diagnostics. This data is used only to deliver, maintain, and protect the site. The legal basis is the operator's legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Technical providers receive data only as needed to provide hosting, network, and API services, or where disclosure is legally required. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must be covered by a safeguard permitted by Chapter V GDPR. Identifiable technical data is kept only for the period required for operation, security, abuse prevention, and the applicable provider configuration; anonymised or aggregated information may be kept longer.

No solely automated decisions or profiling are performed. External websites linked from EduGraph receive data only when you choose to follow those links and apply their own privacy terms.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email christian.bick@edugraph.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
